GUARDIAN REAL ESTATE SERVICES CREATES NEW MARKETING POSITION

Meghan Hill Joins as Marketing Director

Portland, Ore. (Feb. 10, 2010) – Guardian Real Estate Services, (Guardian), a Portland, Ore.-based real estate management and investment firm, is expanding the depth of its services to include a stronger marketing component to support the firm’s diverse property portfolio and corporate branding initiatives. Meghan Hill joins the company as marketing director to lead the effort.

“The addition of a marketing director brings about a new era for Guardian as we focus our efforts and refine our skills on raising occupancy and operating income at our properties. Meghan’s experience and talent will benefit our company in many ways and will undoubtedly have a positive impact on all of our properties,” says Jim Wiard, senior vice president of property management in the northwest region.

Before joining Guardian, Hill was the marketing director for Lorig, a real estate development and management firm based in Seattle, where she led the marketing efforts for new development projects and existing properties within Lorig’s portfolio. Hill brings more than five years of real estate and multifamily marketing experience, including new lease ups, property and corporate branding as well as trainings, programming and market-feasibility research. Hill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Oregon in 2001.
